ST. CLOUD, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) – Ebin Bergerson, a 26-year-old man from St. Cloud, Minnesota, has entered a plea of guilty to five counts of felony charges related to child pornography in Stearns County.
The charges against Bergerson were filed in February and stem from an investigation that began in December 2023 after the Minnesota Bureau of Investigations received multiple tips regarding his activities. A search warrant was executed on Bergerson’s electronics, which uncovered hundreds of images depicting child sexual abuse material.
Bergerson has a prior record for similar offenses, having been convicted twice previously (in 2016 and 2018) for charges related to child pornography. The current case against him involves five counts: two counts of disseminating pornographic work and three counts of possessing pornographic work as a predatory offender.
