Constant Police Activity: Strange Behavior and Yet Another Drug Charge

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have another story of a drug arrest. This time in Grand Forks. To give you an idea of the strange behavior police across the region deal with everyday, we read through the criminal complaint.
another drug arrest more strange Behavior this time in Grand Forks 36-year-old lawang Tron is facing charges uh to give you an example of what happened we’ll just read through the most of the criminal complaint here on February 5th at 7:52 a.m. an officer dispatched for an unwanted subject on Columbia Road at the americ upon arrival uh the hotel manager stated that uh lron had been scaring employ employees and customers he’d been wandering around and removing items from the lobby and taking them back to his room he’d somehow shorted out his room preventing the lights or Outlets to work uh police made contact with Tron and informed him the hotel wanted to leave as they entered the hotel room they observed in plain view lying on the bed an orange straw with bite marks and white residue and a pen tube with white residue based on training experience these items are used to smoke meth I inform uh Tron he was under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia placed his hands behind his back and Tron began to tense up and ball his fist he informed Tron he is under arrest and not to resist he placed one handcuffed on his left wrist and he pulled his right arm away uh grabbed the right arm and instructed him not to resist continued to tense up his right arm then placed him onto the bed and was able to secure him without further incident uh police secured his uh bag in brief looked inside it he was informed numerous times that if he had anything illegal inside his bag or on his person once he got to jail it would be a felony crime Tron stated he didn’t have anything in his bag around his person upon arrival the gr Forks County correctional center staff located approximately 20 gram of meth inside tron’s bag he’s now been charged with felonies of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance meth possession of a controlled substance by an inmate another felony and misdemeanors of possession of drug paraphernalia and preventing arrest I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
