DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Devils Lake, North Dakota man is facing criminal charges after admitting a mistake, kicking down and apartment door and kicking a woman in the head.
a 54-year-old Matthew G McKay of Devil’s Lake has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor assault according to court documents on October 23rd just before 2 a.m. he allegedly kicked down an apartment door in this building that was dead bolted then he allegedly went into the apartment and kicked the female victim in the head multiple times the female victim reported to police they are just friends and there is no romantic relationship between them according to the criminal complaint McKay admitted to making a mistake and said he uh kicked down the door and assaulted the victim I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
