For a loud music call ,He assaulted me ,I could hear him say under his breath the words to a deputy Sheriff,,,I'm going in. and the the deputy didn't know what too do going in because he saw an axe next to the fire place ,he tackled me too the ground inside my house, and demanded that I give him my hands .as he was laying on top of me ,and I didn't resist

Public servants don’t have privacy. You can FOIA all his information. The only information with held is the “investigation “ then after the cover up they will have a statement.
