Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On May 31 at 2:06 p.m., police received a report of an accident at the intersection of Greenwood Street and Brooks Avenue. At the time of the accident, Marlon Arnaldo Caballero Quintanilla of Thief River Falls was driving a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound on Brooks Avenue. He then entered the intersection with Greenwood Street, colliding with an eastbound 2007 Mercury driven by Travis Foss, also of Thief River Falls.
The report indicated that Caballero Quintanilla had a stop sign. However, it was unclear from the report provided to the media whether he had stopped at the stop sign before entering the intersection. Fortunately, there were no known injuries resulting from the collision.
