Cold Justice: Leo Dartoe, 34, Held in Cass County Jail for Fargo Homicide

FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A man has been arrested and is being held in the Cass County jail on charges related to a homicide that occurred in Fargo. The suspect, identified as Leo Dartoe, was extradited from Georgia after being apprehended by US Marshals.

According to booking information from the jail, Dartoe is being held for murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and delivery of fentanyl. He was arrested on October 18th by U.S. Marshals and Atlanta Police.

The victim in this case was Sampson Bleh, who was shot in the chest at an apartment located in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue S on August 23rd. Bleh died later that day at a Fargo hospital.

Another individual, Geettoe Kamara, was arrested on the same day as Dartoe for drug possession and was later charged with accomplice to murder. Police have stated that Kamara stole fentanyl pills from Bleh’s pockets after he was shot but while he was still alive.

Dartoe is currently being held in the Cass County jail awaiting further proceedings. The investigation into this case continues, and no additional information has been released at this time.
