Gunshot Fired During Domestic Dispute
According to court documents, Otter Tail County deputies responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Highway 67 in rural New York Mills on January 27, 2025.
- The female victim reported that an argument broke out over their breakup.
- During the altercation, Steinbach allegedly fired a shot from a .22 pistol near the garage door.
- He then pointed the gun at the victim’s chest and shouted:
- “Get the f* out. I f*ing hate you.”
