CLEARWATER COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Clearwater County man has been arrested and is now facing serious felony charges after a disturbing domestic violence incident.
According to official records, 23-year-old Conrad Burns was taken into custody on March 8, 2025, at 1:11 p.m. He is now charged with felony domestic assault under statute 609.2242.4 and domestic assault by strangulation under statute 609.2247.2.
While details surrounding the incident are still developing, these charges indicate a serious case of domestic violence. Strangulation is considered one of the most dangerous forms of assault, often linked to a high risk of escalating violence and even homicide in domestic abuse cases.
