Clay County: Timberly Ann Devereaux Arrested for Fleeing Police and Tampering with Motor Vehicle

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Timberly Ann Devereaux, age 39, was arrested on March 21, 2025, at 7:11 PM by the Moorhead Police Department.

Devereaux faces two misdemeanor charges:

  • Fleeing a Peace Officer on Foot or by Other Means Other Than a Motor Vehicle

  • Tampering with a Motor Vehicle – Enter Without Permission

Police report that Devereaux fled from officers on foot and was later apprehended after allegedly entering a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.

She is currently in custody awaiting a court appearance.
