Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Spencer Ray Dietrich, age 39, was arrested by the Moorhead Police Department on February 13, 2025, at 1:05 PM.
Charges include:

5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule I, II, III, or IV (Non-Cannabis) or Drug Paraphernalia Residual

Fleeing a Peace Officer on Foot or by Other Means Other Than a Motor Vehicle
Authorities allege that Dietrich attempted to flee officers on foot during a stop and was later found to be in possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia.
He remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
