Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Rosa Esperanza Garza, age 24, was arrested on July 8, 2024, at 11:32 AM by the Moorhead Police Department and is now charged with 2nd Degree Murder without intent while committing a felony.
Authorities report that Garza is accused of causing a death while engaging in a separate felony-level offense. Further case details have yet to be released as the investigation continues.
Garza remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
