Clay County: Neil Harden Buck Jr. Arrested for Drug Possession, Fleeing Police & Registration Violation

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Neil Harden Buck Jr., age 39, was arrested on December 3, 2024, at 12:31 AM following a multi-agency operation by the Dilworth Police Department and the Moorhead Police Department.

Charges filed include:

Dilworth Police Department:

  • 5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule I, II, III, IV or Paraphernalia Residual (Non-Cannabis)

Moorhead Police Department:

  • Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle (x2)

  • Fleeing a Peace Officer on Foot or by Other Means

  • Knowingly/Intentionally Failing to Register

Authorities allege that Buck fled police in both a vehicle and on foot before being apprehended. During the arrest, controlled substances or drug-related paraphernalia were discovered. Buck also faces charges for failing to comply with mandatory registration requirements.

He is currently being held pending court proceedings.
