MOORHEAD, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) – Sentencing is scheduled for a Moorhead man charged with three felonies related to the inappropriate touching of two young girls.
Brady Richard Thompson is charged with 2nd degree attempted criminal sexual conduct and two counts of interfering with the privacy of a minor. On Friday, June 20, Thompson had a plea hearing in Clay County Court.
The investigation started in November 2024 when a woman called police after finding videos on Thompson’s phone. According to court records, four videos on Thompson’s phone show him touching two young girls on separate occasions while they slept.
Records indicate Thompson is 20 years old and the children he was sexually touching are about 6 and 8 years old.
A detective met with Thompson and, according to court records, he admitted it was him in the videos.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 13 at 3:30 p.m.
