Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — A serious domestic assault case has rocked Clay County after Nicholas Dayle Odegaard, age 34, was arrested by the Moorhead Police Department on March 28, 2025, at 10:06 a.m.
Odegaard now faces grave charges of domestic assault involving great bodily harm and/or the use or threat of a weapon. The specific details of the alleged assault remain under investigation, but authorities have confirmed that the situation posed a severe risk of injury or death.
This case adds to growing concerns about violent domestic incidents in the region. Odegaard is currently in custody awaiting further legal proceedings.
