Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Clay County man is in serious legal trouble after being arrested on multiple charges this week.

Terrence Lee Ross, 30, was taken into custody by the Moorhead Police Department on March 24, 2025, at 2:01 p.m. His charges are alarming:

  • Domestic Assault – Subsequent Violation

  • Providing False Name to Police

  • Interfering with a 911 Call

These are not first-time offenses, as the domestic assault charge is listed as a subsequent violation, meaning Ross has a history of similar behavior.

Law enforcement officials allege Ross not only physically assaulted someone, but also gave officers a false identity and interrupted a 911 emergency call — an action that can dangerously delay lifesaving help.

He remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
