Clay County: Lee Garrick Fandrick Arrested for Assault with Dangerous Weapon & Obstructing Police

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Lee Garrick Fandrick, age 44, was arrested on March 10, 2025, at 9:54 PM by the Moorhead Police Department.

Charges include:

  • 2nd Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon

  • Domestic Assault – Misdemeanor with Intent to Cause Fear

  • Obstructing Legal Process – Interfering with Police

Authorities allege that Fandrick used a weapon during a domestic incident to cause fear in the victim and later interfered with law enforcement’s attempts to arrest him.

He remains in custody pending formal court proceedings.
