Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — James John Perkins, age 48, has been arrested on multiple serious drug-related charges by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Moorhead Police Department.

5th Degree Controlled Substance Possession – Schedule 1, 2, 3, 4 or Paraphernalia Residual (Non-Cannabis)
Moorhead Police Department:

1st Degree Controlled Substance Sale – 10 grams or more, or 40 dosage units or more, of Heroin or Fentanyl
Perkins is accused of trafficking significant quantities of heroin or fentanyl, substances that have been a growing concern for law enforcement in Minnesota.
He remains in custody pending felony court proceedings.
