Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Hartavious James Ayers, age 27, was arrested by the Moorhead Police Department on March 10, 2025, at 11:56 AM.
Ayers has been charged with 2nd Degree Burglary of a Dwelling, a felony offense under Minnesota law. Authorities allege that Ayers unlawfully entered a residence with intent to commit a crime inside.
Moorhead Police have stated that further details on the case will be provided as the investigation progresses. Ayers is currently in custody awaiting court proceedings.
