Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Gregory Allen Hanks, age 48, was arrested on March 20, 2025, by the Dilworth Police Department for a DANCO violation (Domestic Abuse No Contact Order).
Authorities allege that Hanks breached a court-ordered no-contact directive, which is a misdemeanor or felony depending on prior convictions and the context of the violation.
Hanks is currently in custody pending further court action.
