Clay County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Troy Allen Whiteowl, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Whiteowl, born on August 25, 1988, was last released from custody on August 9, 2021, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of January 27, 2022.
Whiteowl was originally sentenced on May 4, 2021, in Clay County for domestic assault, under court file number 14-CR-18-3115. His case is being handled by Agent Almir Jupic, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
