Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Cynthia Leah Butcher, age 44, was arrested on March 21, 2025, at 10:33 PM by the Moorhead Police Department.
Butcher is charged with Trespass – Return to Property Within 1 Year, a misdemeanor under Minnesota law, which prohibits returning to a property after being previously trespassed within the past 12 months.
Authorities report that Butcher was found back at a location she had previously been legally barred from entering. She was arrested without incident and remains in custody pending further proceedings.
