Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Connie Jo Frank, age 48, was arrested on August 4, 2024, at 3:41 AM in a multi-agency operation involving the Minnesota Department of Corrections and the Moorhead Police Department.

Traffic – DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol
Authorities allege that Frank was involved in a homicide case where intent was present, but the murder was not premeditated. The arrest also includes a DWI charge, which is under separate jurisdiction by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
Frank is currently held in custody awaiting felony-level proceedings in Clay County.
