Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Devin Dean Deneffe, 29, is facing serious legal consequences after a March 24, 2025 arrest by the Moorhead Police Department for fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle — a felony charge under Minnesota law.
Fleeing in a vehicle creates a significant danger to the public and officers involved. If convicted, Deneffe could face up to 3 years in prison, fines up to $5,000, and license revocation.
