Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Brandon Clint Elliott, age 45, was arrested on October 8, 2024, at 1:27 AM following a joint operation by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Moorhead Police Department.

Authorities allege that Elliott was involved in a large-scale narcotics trafficking operation, which included possession and sale of heroin/fentanyl in significant quantities. Additionally, controlled substances were allegedly present in a location where children were present, leading to child endangerment charges.
The case also involves a 2nd Degree Murder charge, linked to ongoing investigations. Elliott, a convicted felon, is also charged with illegal possession of a firearm.
He is currently being held without bail pending court proceedings.
