Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Borris Steven Dahn, age 30, was arrested by the Moorhead Police Department on February 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM after being charged with a series of severe felony offenses.

1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct – Penetration or Contact with Person Under 13 (Fear of Great Bodily Harm)

Theft of Motor Vehicle – Take Without Consent
Authorities allege that Dahn engaged in a violent domestic assault involving strangulation and weapons, violated a protection order, and committed a serious sexual offense involving a minor. Dahn is also accused of stealing both personal property and a motor vehicle during the course of the crimes.
He is currently in custody facing multiple felony-level charges.
