Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Andrez Omez, age 39, was arrested on March 19, 2025, by both the Dilworth Police Department and the Moorhead Police Department in connection with multiple felony charges.

Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle
Authorities allege that Omez was involved in two separate incidents of felony-level property theft exceeding $1,000 each. Following the thefts, Omez is accused of fleeing police in a vehicle before eventually being apprehended.
He is currently in custody awaiting court proceedings.
