Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — A shocking arrest took place Friday afternoon as 62-year-old David Paul Murphy was taken into custody by Moorhead Police in connection to a domestic assault incident.
Murphy now faces a misdemeanor charge for intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm. The incident reportedly occurred on March 28, 2025, and resulted in his booking at 3:43 p.m. Specific details about the victim or the circumstances have not yet been made public.
Domestic violence continues to be a major issue in Minnesota, with authorities urging victims to come forward and seek help.
