he was caught on a church camera allegedly sexually abusing a child 41 year old Josiah William Gunderson of Grand Forks has been charged with two counts of a class a felony gross sexual imposition according to court documents on November 9th a Grand Forks Police Officer investigated a report that Gunderson had allegedly kissed a girl who was under the age of 15 on three separate occasions the investigator received surveillance video from The Hope Church on 17th Avenue South on October 16th Gunderson is seen on video kissing the child on the lips and squeezing her backside on October 30th he’s seen on video rubbing the child’s back and kissing her on the lips according to the case summary Gunderson admitted to kissing the child and touching her butt and chest he stated he was very sorry for what he did the two counts of gross sexual imposition against Gunderson each carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
