Christopher George Riggins, 53, from Orange City, Fla., was cited for disorderly conduct after admitting to being intoxicated. Riggins allegedly kicked and pounded on the door, accusing the occupant of spreading rumors that he was racist. The female occupant, who had just finished work, reported Riggins’s threatening behavior, stating he had been outside her room multiple times. Another hotel guest informed an employee about Riggins’s actions, confirming his threats toward the woman and his repeated visits to her room.
