Child’s Death Leads to 10-Year Prison Term

ST. CLOUD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A St. Cloud man has been sentenced to 5 years in prison, after a 5-year old found his pistol and shot themselves in the head.
a 5-year-old is dead and Roberto and toan Williams 39 of St Cloud has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for illegal possession of a firearms on November 13th of 2020 law enforcement was notified that a 5-year-old child had been shot in the head and declared dead at a St Cloud Hospital Williams and his fiance the child’s mother were at the hospital and stated they were shopping when they got a phone call that the child had been injured Williams claimed they immediately returned home and took the child to the hospital together however law enforcement obtained surveillance video from a neighboring residence that showed the fiance taking the child to the hospital alone while Williams placed two backpacks and uh garbage bins outside of the house law enforcement obtained a search warrant for his residents and the garbage bins inside the bins they discovered two backpacks which contained a semi-automatic rifle and a purple taret model 9mm semi-automatic pistol with an extended magazine the tarus pistol had the deceased child’s blood on it law enforcement also searched William cell phone and found a picture of the gun with uh text my new toy I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me

  1. What sentence did the mother get for staying in a home with unsecured gun in it? She should get at least something for aiding and abetting and reckless endangerment. Mothers have to be held accountable when they don’t remove their children from these situations.
