35-year-old Gina Ness of Devil’s Lake is facing a trio of felony charges burglary unlawful entry into vehicle and child neglect according to court documents on October 6 at 1:28 a.m. she was found inside a garage at a Devil’s Lake home the door had been broken and she was standing in the door of a pickup NES stated she was trying to get her child backpack reading whatever that means the officer then asked about her child which led to nessa’s Residence where the officer says the child stated when she woke up her mom wasn’t home and that she was scared and crying because she was home alone I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
