I live in Williston. I cannot believe a mother would allow her child to be near an open window on the 4th floor unsupervised. It is a 3 year old child and it's looking like they will not survive the fall. So sad. The mother needs to be arrested for involuntary manslaughter. Or at least felony child endangerment/neglect and she needs to go to jail for a long time.
