Buffalo Township, Wright County (trfnews.i234.me) – A 32-year-old woman from Monticello was injured in a single-vehicle crash on the morning of June 9th, 2025, after her 2025 Chevy Equinox left the roadway and crashed near Highway 25 and 47th Street in Buffalo Township.
Authorities report that the vehicle, traveling northbound, veered off the dry roadway for unknown reasons. Shockingly, the driver, identified as Miranda Lee Kuta, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. She sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Monticello Hospital by Allina Ambulance.
The crash did not involve alcohol, and no airbags deployed. Wright County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
