Logan D Smith of Rockford Illinois is facing a string of charges following a wild pursuit in trail County North Dakota according to court documents it happened on June 15th when dispatch received a report of a vehicle not allowing other vehicles to pass on I-29 it led to a pursuit of Smith down I-29 and off on gravel roads where he almost struck a truck the chase went back on I-29 with speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour at one point the suspect vehicle was rammed by a patrol car the vehicle then turned toward Mayville and was eventually stopped Logan Dominique Smith has been charged with reckless endangerment fleeing a peace officer aggravated reckless driving and possession of marijuana I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
