the 44 year old burton stephen jr of bagley is facing felony charges following a pursuit this week according to court documents on september 17th stevens was pulled over in bagley for failing to use a turn signal he stopped and when the officer walked up to the vehicle stevens allegedly took off the pursuit continued to state highway 200 and stevens hit the ditch then he allegedly drove into the driver’s door of a deputy’s car trying to get out of the ditch backed up into some trees and became stuck deputies had to use a taser to subdue him a deputy reported that when he asked stevens why he fled stephen said quote because i’m drunk unquote burton stevens jr has been charged with felonies of fleeing and assault and gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to chemical tests i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
