this man 28 year old Zachary Nathan David derosier is facing domestic violence and animal abuse charges in Cooperstown North Dakota this from the Greeks County Sheriff’s Office on March 15th uh Griggs County Sheriff Bob Hook was dispatched on a 9-1-1 call regarding the domestic violence and property damage assistance was requested from the Steele County Sheriff’s Office as the suspect was still in the Residence at 404 12th Street Southeast in Cooperstown authorities that were eventually able to gain entrance to the residents they made contact with 28-year-old Zachary derosier and he was placed under arrest without incident derosier was transported to and booked into the Barnes County jail he appeared today in Griggs County District Court and pled guilty to domestic violence derosier is facing further charges for animal abuse for allegedly striking an animal repeatedly with a shovel and criminal mischief for damage to a vehicle that doesn’t belong to him we’ll have more details from court documents on a Friday I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
