21-year-old Jace Thomas of kandu North Dakota has now been charged in connection to a May 27th crash that killed his passenger 31-year-old Britney Beck also of canu the higher Patrol says Thomas was driving east on Highway 66 4 miles east of egland North Dakota at 5:47 a.m. on May 27th when he traveled over the westbound lane hit the ditch and rolled multiple times and the vehicle caught fire his passenger Britney Beck was thrown from the car and pronounced deceased at the scene the patrol reported Thomas’s alcohol level was at least .08 at the time of the crash he’s now charged with two different varying counts of criminal vehicular homicide charges that carry a maximum sentence of 20 years or a minimum sentence of three years he’s also facing a felony charge of manslaughter it will be up to a jury to decide if he’s guilty of any of those charges I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
