FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Charges have now been filed after a male bicyclist was hit by a car that fled the scene on the 800 block of North Broadway in Fargo on Saturday, June 1st. The bicyclist suffered serious injuries. The suspect driver, identified as Divine R. Garden of Moorhead, allegedly fled the scene and was pursued by a Fargo officer. The pursuit ended when Garden crashed into the railroad tracks at 10th Street and then fled on foot. Garden was arrested nearby at the Holiday gas station.
Divine R. Garden is now charged with felony duty in an accident involving injury, along with misdemeanors of reckless endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol, and refusal of DUI testing.
