Charges Brought in Significant Vandalism Incident in Devils Lake, North Dakota

DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Charges have now been filed in a major vandalism case in Devils Lake, North Dakota. Winfield Chaske III, along with a male juvenile, allegedly vandalized dozens of vehicles.
the criminal charges have now been filed against 18 year old winfield chasky the third of st michael north dakota in connection to an april 11th incident in which dozens of cars were vandalized or broken into along with garages in devils lake north dakota a 15 year old male juvenile was also arrested at the time no information on the charges against the juvenile chatsky is facing seven criminal charges here’s the list of them felony burglary uh for allegedly with the juvenile entering a garage with intent to commit a crime by kicking in the door felony theft of property uh chesky allegedly with a juvenile uh male uh take took two credit cards and count three felony unauthorized entry into our concealment within a vehicle uh chasky with the a juvenile did knowingly enter multiple vehicles in the city of devil’s lake without the owner’s permission count number four felony criminal mischief uh chasky with the male juvenile did allegedly intentionally throw a carjack through a window causing damage in excess of two thousand dollars uh count five misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor uh count six uh criminal mischief that uh chasky with the male juvenile did willfully slash multiple vehicle tires causing damage in excess of one hundred dollars and count seven theft of uh property uh the uh chasky with the juvenile did take multiple hand tools with intent to deprive the owners uh of their values so in all the prosecution has boiled this case down to seven criminal charges against chaske he’s made his initial court appearance and is scheduled to appear in court again next month i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
