with his hand and penis and strangled
the victim to the point that she
believed she was going to die a nurse
reported to the investigating Deputy the
victim suffered anox sick brain injury
which is caused by a complete lack of
oxygen to the brain which results in the
death of brain cells after approximately
4 minutes of oxygen deprivation a deput

arrested while he was asleep on a bed
and appeared to be intoxicated a beer
can was near him and his speech was

with six felony counts of first deg ree
