MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Braden John Radeck, a 19-year-old from Dilworth, Minnesota, has been charged with felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly raping a woman at her Moorhead apartment in May of last year. According to the criminal complaint, the victim reported that while she was drinking, Radeck forcibly pulled down her pants and had sex with her against her will.
The victim later provided text messages from Radeck in which he admitted to the assault, apologizing and acknowledging that he had raped her. An investigation by the BCA led to a December report confirming both Radeck’s and the victim’s DNA on a condom found at the scene. Radeck now faces two felony charges, including the use of coercion and taking advantage of a physically impaired victim.
