19-year-old Lance Tyler of former North Dakota has been charged with felony aggravated assault serious bodily injury after a juvenile mail was set on fire last weekend according to court documents it happened at a farm shop in Sergeant County one suspect possible charges pending allegedly sprayed the victim with Brak fluid and Tyler set him on fire the victim suffered second and third degree burns from the the neck up I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
