She faces a felony charge of first-degree damage to property. Police responded to the incident on May 6th at the Westside trailer court, where they found approximately five windows broken out of a trailer home, along with a shovel nearby. Despite denying involvement, Lutgen was identified by a witness through video footage showing her using the shovel to break the windows.
