58-year-old Paul Hans Butner of Moorhead has been charged with felony first degree damage to property according to court documents on April 8th at 106 PM Moorhead police were dispatched to 912 18th Street South on a report of someone breaking the windows out of a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment building surveillance video led to Butner who stated to police tell you guys the honest truth yeah I did it he went on to explain he felt harassed by the vehicle owner’s father he also provided officers with the pipe used to break the windows I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
