Chaos Ensues in White Earth Arrest

WHITE EARTH, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Samantha Burk is facing criminal charges following a wild arrest on the White Earth Reservation.
a 30-year-old Samantha Burke of wobin is facing criminal charges following a wild arrest on the white Earth reservation according to court documents on October 16th at 12:26 a.m. she was parked in the middle of the road at 353 Rd Circle at White Earth she was already wanted on an outstanding warrant and things got wild when she was placed under arrest reading from the criminal complaint quote the officer advised the defendant of the warrant placed her under arrest and placed handcuffs on her hands behind her back defendant became angry when the officer conducted a pat down search defendant swore at the officer and tried to get her cuffed hands from behind her person in front of her by bringing them down to her knees the defendant was escorted to the squad car the defendant called the officer a and became belligerent defendant would not get into the squad car the defendant kicked the officer while the officer was trying to put the defendant in the squad car defendant was warned she was would be tased if she did not comply however the officer waited for backup to avoid using the taser backup arrived two officers tried to put the defendant in the squad vehicle the defendant was able to get halfway out of the squad car and tried to kick the officer officers were able to get the defendant into the squad car and shut the door defendant kicked both back windows and bent the top of the doors to where the doors do not sealed when shut defendant dented and scratched the back left door while defendant uh was in the squad car she scratched an officer a hobble restraint was put on the defendant’s legs while on route to jail a defendant got out of the restraint and tried to choke herself with a seat belt another officer assisted with a seat belt and the defendant stopped the seat belt was secured and transport to the jail was completed the damage to the squad doors is estimated to exceed $1,000 unquote she’s been charged with felony first degree damaged the property and misdemeanors of assaulting a peace officer and obstructing the legal process I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
