Cedric Earl Elder of West Fargo Charged with Felony Terrorizing in Downtown Fargo Incident

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Cedric Earl Elder of West Fargo is now charged with two felony counts of terrorizing after an incident involving two bouncers at a downtown Fargo bar. According to court documents, officers were dispatched to Cowboy Jacks on North Broadway at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday. Two bouncers reported that Elder repeatedly attempted to enter the bar after closing hours, leading to a confrontation.

During the altercation, Elder allegedly brandished a knife and pointed a small pistol at the bouncers. Officers located Elder nearby and found him in possession of several knives and a small derringer pistol. He is now facing felony terrorizing charges.
