PEMBINA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Erin H. Parker of Cavalier, North Dakota, is now facing three serious felony charges following a chaotic incident in the city of Pembina. According to court documents, on August 20th, just before 1 p.m., officers responded to a call regarding a disturbance at a local residence. Parker allegedly entered the home of a known victim, removed bags from the couch, and hid them in a neighbor’s bushes while aggressively confronting the victim.
Upon her arrest for Criminal Trespass and Burglary, Parker attempted to escape custody by slipping out of her handcuffs. A struggle ensued, resulting in her being forcibly returned to the patrol vehicle. This led to an additional charge of Preventing Arrest.
