West Fargo, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A West Fargo man is behind bars, facing aggravated assault and child neglect charges after a disturbing domestic incident involving a six-week-old infant and multiple children.
Kyle Glaser was arrested July 7 after police responded to a call shortly after 10:00 A.M. Officers say Glaser surrendered in the parking lot, hands behind his head.
According to the victim, Glaser threw her on the couch and strangled her for 15–20 seconds, all while she was holding their baby. She says Glaser later kicked her, ran off with the baby, and was chased back into the building.
Police noted visible injuries on the woman. A six-year-old child told officers they saw Glaser choke their mother and saw her face turn red.
On the ride to jail, Glaser allegedly lashed out, claiming it was only “10 seconds” without air and that it “shouldn’t be aggravated.”
He now faces aggravated assault and child neglect charges.
