Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — A West Fargo woman is facing a felony charge following a violent domestic incident that left a man injured and blood visible at the scene.

According to court documents, Jo Ann Eggleston was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault domestic violence stemming from an incident on April 28th.

The male victim reported to police that during a heated argument, Eggleston threw a bottle of cologne, striking him in the face. The situation escalated further when Eggleston allegedly slashed at him with a knife.

Officers responding to the scene noted an injury to the victim’s arm consistent with a sharp object attack, along with bloodstains on the wall, confirming the reported violence.

Eggleston was taken into custody without further incident and now faces serious felony charges in Cass County District Court. If convicted, she could face significant prison time and fines under North Dakota law.
