Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry lists Aaron Paul Bever, 39, as a lifetime registered, high-risk offender.

Bever is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Registry records show multiple tattoos, including Scooby-Doo on his abdomen and a grim reaper on his right arm.

According to state records, Bever was convicted in Cass County District Court in 2022 of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl while intoxicated. He was sentenced to five years, with 30 months to serve, and two years of supervised probation.

Earlier records show a conviction in Dunn County, Wisconsin, in 2003, where Bever admitted to repeatedly assaulting a six-year-old girl. He was sentenced to three years of probation.

Bever’s registered addresses include Valley City in Barnes County and Hague in Emmons County. The registry notes that he sometimes stays in Hague while working temporary jobs.

Officials emphasize that public registry information is intended to promote safety and awareness. It is illegal to use this information to commit crimes against registered offenders. For national registry information, visit the National Sex Offender Public Website.
